Shared Servers cPanel Update Affecting Some Websites

Due to an issue with an automatic update to the cPanel software that was pushed out last night, we are seeing some websites showing errors this morning. We have escalated this issue to cPanel directly and they are aware of it, and are investigating it as their top priority.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may be causing. As soon as we have any more information on this issue, we will update this status. We appreciate your patience on this matter.

Update 13:32: The exact cause of the issue has been identified and our server admins are working to push out this fix to all affected servers. If your website has been affected by this, you should expect the issue to be resolved within the next hour (by 14:30). Again, we appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this.
